PRINCETON, NJ 31 July 2025 – Enterra, the AI platform for prescriptive intelligence and autonomous decision-making, today announced the acquisition of marketing services group 380AI.
The 380AI deal is the foundational transaction in the explosive marketing-tech space that Enterra plans to use to fuel an ambitious growth strategy. The company will leverage its Autonomous Decision Science™ (ADS) platform to reimagine how marketing agencies operate and create value for their clients.
Enterra’s ADS platform enables some of the world’s largest businesses to move beyond traditional analytics toward prescriptive intelligence. It shows not just what happened, but what will happen and what actions to take in response.

Launched last year by Sami McCabe, the exited founder of global digital marketing and communications firm Clarity, 380AI is an AI-first marketing services group.
The first agency brand launched under the 380AI umbrella was Atrium, a marketing firm for B2B technology clients, which grew to over $3.5 million in revenue within weeks of launch. Atrium and Captain - the content automation platform 380AI acquired in January - are being fully absorbed into Enterra. Together, they will form a new unit focused on executing acquisitions and enabling leading marketing firms with AI, while also building marketing solutions on Enterra’s platform.
