Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects & Government Affairs Enterra Solutions, LLC As Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects & Government Affairs, Keith works directly with the CEO and other members of the company’s senior leadership team on legislative issues that impact the company’s ability to assist public and private sector clients. He is also responsible for oversight of designated strategic projects. He joined Enterra Solutions from the United Service Organizations (USO) where he served first as Senior Vice President of Operations and then as Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he directed core global operations, including: strategic planning, service delivery, entertainment programs, marketing, budget management, and development. He was accountable for 300+ employees and 26,000 volunteers worldwide. Annually, the USO supports 2.6 million military personnel and their families at 130 locations in the United States and around the world. Prior to working with the USO, Keith worked as an investment advisor at UBS where he provided a full range of investment advice to individual investors and small businesses. He joined UBS following a successful 24-year career as a Naval Flight Officer in the United State Navy. Keith served as Commanding Officer of Patrol Squadron Twenty-Three and as Commander, Patrol Wing Eleven, Naval Air Station Jacksonville. His non-flying billets included assignments aboard the USS Coral Sea (CV-43), as Flag Aide to the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, and as Deputy Executive Secretary in the Immediate Office of the Secretary of Defense. Keith’s final military assignment was with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Legislative Affairs) as the Special Assistant for Weapons Systems Acquisition Policy. He earned his BS from the United States Naval Academy. He also earned two Master’s degrees, an MA in International Relations from the United States Naval War College and an MS in Management from Salve Regina University. Additionally, Keith served a Defense Fellowship at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Military Officers Association of America. |
