Enterra Solutions Announces Expansion of Washington Area Management Team YARDLEY, Pa. and RESTON, Va. (April 5, 2007) - Enterra Solutions, LLC, announced today key new members of its Reston-based Washington Operations Center (WOC). The new members of the company's management team reflect the rapid growth and expansion of the WOC in Reston, Va. The Enterra WOC management team will strengthen the company's core technology, operations and professional services groups. Stephen DeAngelis, President and CEO of Enterra said, "The selection of this management team is a result of demand for Enterra's Global Enterprise Resilience solutions and our growing presence in the Washington region. We are pleased to have attracted acknowledged leaders from the Washington government and commercial sectors to help Enterra clients improve financial performance, strategic growth and regulatory compliance through our new approaches for solving complex challenges." • As Vice President and Controller, Abdul Omar is responsible for controllership and financial operations within Enterra Solutions. Prior to joining Enterra Solutions, Omar served as Vice President of Finance for LexisNexis Special Services Incorporated in Washington, DC. He previously served as Vice President and Business Unit Controller for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he oversaw all accounting and financial management functions including reporting, analysis, risk management, procurement, capital requests, planning and investment decisions for marketing proposals, IR&D, review/approval of business transactions, agreements, strategic planning, system changes/implementation and revenue reporting for his business unit. Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University. • As Vice President of Professional Services, Paul Hager is responsible for consultant oversight, sound project management and customer-focused service. Before joining Enterra Solutions, Hager was Director for Strategic Management Consulting at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Previously, he was a Special Assistant at the National Security Agency (NSA), where he was responsible for developing international alliances in information assurance and protection, serving as U.S. Representative to the NATO Information Security Committee. Hager has an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from The Wharton School of Business, and an M.P.A. in International Policy from The John F. Kennedy School at Harvard University and earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of North Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology. • Sandra Nguyen is named Senior Management Consultant, responsible for helping Enterra's clients improve financial performance, strategic growth and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Enterra Solutions, Nguyen held a similar position with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). Nguyen, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Economics from Towson State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. • Archana Bajpai is named Senior Java Developer, responsible for designing new programs and approaches for solving complex challenges for Enterra's clients. Bajpai was a consultant for the Fannie Mae corporation and has two decades of software engineering experience in analysis, design and development of software applications.
