Program Manager
Job Summary:
Enterra Solutions is looking for skilled Program Managers. The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall management of program performance, which includes allocation of resources, determination of priorities, negotiating project commitments, development of the program plans, and overall responsibility for project activities and results. The Program Manager will also establish a set of standards that ensure the integrity and quality of project deliverables, and will be responsible for reporting on program status and financials.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. The candidate will have demonstrated success in managing complex programs that involve technology integration and management consulting. The ability to communicate difficult concepts to various audiences and management levels is required. The individual should be able to learn quickly and have the ability to accomplish tasks under limited supervision. The individual should possess a strong attention to detail where the highest quality of products is a constant focus. The willingness to work in an organization committed to high quality customer service is also required. A strong ability to work as a contributing team member or team leader is a must. The individual will also be required to complete important assignments on a short schedule. Responsibilities include:
- Manage all phases of large program engagements to deploy automated rule implementations utilizing the Enterra Rules Factory - across multiple client engagements
- Define requirements, develop methods, procedures, plans and schedules, project coordination, project cost management, risk management, and resource management - to include application co-sourcing and maintenance
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of project oriented work efforts and for meeting customer expectations for contracted time, cost, and specification(s) definitions
- Negotiate for financial, physical, or human resources to support a project(s)
- Assess variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, cost and quality objectives
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree highly preferred
- PMP Certified with 10 years of program management experience
- Success in managing multiple programs, simultaneously
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Systems Engineering and IV&V programs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant and recent management experience on DoD
- Must have experience with large scale development and integration projects
- Must have experience with US government Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and common office software applications
Desired Skills:
- Experience with projects involving business rules, business process engineering, or process execution languages - such as Oracle BPEL
- Experience in working with commercial, Federal, State, and Local clients
Additional Information:
- Willingness to Travel Extensively or As Needed
- Due to work performed in the Federal Sector, candidate must meet eligibility requirements for Security Clearance Purposes
