Enterra's current partnerships and alliances include: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Enterra Solutions is a Premier Partner with Adobe. We use the Flex application framework to build Transparent Intelligent Interfaces™ (TIIs™) and we provide delivery of Adobe client engagements in conjunction with Adobe implementation teams. Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University Enterra Solutions has a unique Creative Research And Development Agreement with the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University focused on developing the next generation of Enterprise Resilience Management methodologies. Visit the Carnegie Mellon SEI Website In September 2006, Enterra Solutions executed an agreement with CONAIR to create a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Contract Compliance Solution that would create automated processes and rule sets to be utilized by CONAIR for contract compliance. Included in this agreement is the development of a business case for the provisioning of a solution to be jointly marketed with CONAIR that would address major contract compliance requirements for the CPG industry. The introductory phase of the contract was completed in October 2006. Phase Two of this project has been submitted to CONAIR. Enterra Solutions has formed a strategic alliance with Holt Logistics, which provides intermodal logistics support and port operations services using state-of-the-art computer systems to monitor and control cargo. Enterra Solutions is working with Holt to develop a model for "Resilient Port Operations" that includes the use of automated processes and advanced sensors mandated by new port security regulations. The model would be based on the ResilienceNet™ solution that Enterra Solutions is developing with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and would be implemented at the Holt-operated Philadelphia port facility. Under this strategic alliance, Enterra Solutions and Holt will co-market this solution as an intelligent port operations management solution to other commercial and government operated port operators world-wide. Enterra Solutions believes that its goals of thought-leadership and development of enhanced capabilities for critical infrastructure protection and homeland security make it a natural partner with ORNL. ORNL is the premier basic research laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy, and its leadership in computational sciences, neutron science, and its research focus on "bio, info and nano" makes it an ideal strategic partner for Enterra Solutions. Enterra Solutions' current activities with ORNL include: 1. Strategic Consulting: In December 2005, Enterra Solutions entered into a three year consulting agreement to provide strategic thought leadership services to ORNL. 2. Cooperative Research and Development Agreement ("CRADA"): ORNL and Enterra Solutions reached agreement on the CRADA which establishes a joint venture-like collaboration intended to produce a prototype and operational system capable of automating the rules and policies that govern the interactions between users and information collected by sensors and intelligent agents. Such collaboration will utilize Enterra Solutions' rule set automation, which is the foundational technology of its Enterprise Resilience Management™ (ERM) solution, and ORNL's standards-based SensorNet™ framework. The concept is for Enterra Solutions to license the SensorNet™ technology and extend it with ERM™ technology to develop a proprietary new product for building resilient and intelligent rules-based and standards-based infrastructures that enables "plug-and-play" trusted services for defense, security. Oak Ridge Associated Universities In partnership with ORAU's "Oak Ridge Center for Advanced Studies" (ORCAS), Enterra Solutions has created the Institute for Advanced Technologies in Global Resilience. This Institute, announced in September 2006, is intended to serve as the intellectual center-of-gravity for studies in the new field of enterprise resilience management. Enterra Solutions' best-practices, systems approach for making organizations resilient in adapting to rapidly changing security, compliance and competitive challenges driven by globalization serves as the intellectual foundation for the Institute. In addition, the Institute is anticipated to partner with ORAU's eight member universities, think tanks and U.S. government agencies in pursuing its research agenda into globalization, next-generation information security solutions, and resilience in critical infrastructure (including space-based assets). Enterra Solutions is a member of the Oracle Partner Network. We are collaborating with Oracle on compliance, security and performance offerings centered on Oracle Fusion Middleware and its key component, the BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) Process Manager, which is a central element in Enterra's Resilient Technology Architecture™. Enterra Solutions collaborates broadly with SAIC to deliver Enterprise Resilience Management solutions to both public- and private-sector organizations. |
