Enterra Solutions and One Network Team to Build Business-to-Business Exchanges in Emerging Markets RESTON, Va. (November 12, 2007) – Enterra Solutions and One Network have signed a teaming agreement to create a platform to unite trading partners in a Business-to-Business (B2B) trading exchange and logistics support operation in Iraq. Enterra Solutions will use One Network software to create an Iraqi Products Portal offering buying, selling and logistic services. These core capabilities will aid Iraqi manufacturers and other industry sectors to boost sales for Iraqi goods and drive foreign direct investment. The B2B trading exchange will be headquartered in northern Iraq. "Together, Enterra Solutions and One Network Enterprises make a remarkably strong team," said Stephen F. DeAngelis, president and chief executive officer of Enterra Solutions. "One Network's proven technology and global reach makes them a perfect partner for providing a world class trading exchange program for businesses in Iraq." One Network joins a growing team committed to implementing early stages of Enterra Solution’s Development-in-a-Box™ approach. Along with Enterra Solutions and other partners, One Network will assist companies in emerging markets to establish electronic systems that link local factories to suppliers and consumers worldwide. Initial efforts will be aimed at listing Iraqi products on major global exchanges. With the industry’s most robust and extensive solutions for retailers, manufacturers, distributors and transportation carriers, One Network offers preexisting network connectivity to many large retailers and manufacturers in Europe, North America and Asia which provides an immediate audience for Iraq suppliers." "We are excited to work with Enterra Solutions to support this critical initiative," said Greg Brady, chief executive officer of One Network. "Our Demand-Driven solutions along with our Software Development Kit, called the SDK, solve the technology challenges of managing global, multi-party, procurement, logistics and fulfillment processes." The Enterra Solutions/One Network team will provide a comprehensive e-commerce and logistics network for their trading partners. This capability provides an online B2B trading exchange that will offer immediate traction for political, business and governmental leaders joining international trading communities. “One Network will help ensure that the Iraqi trading exchange will move forward at a rapid pace,” DeAngelis remarked. Mr. DeAngelis first started planning for the B2B trading exchange following a trip to Iraq sponsored by the Pentagon's Task Force to Improve Business and Stability Operations in Iraq. The Task Force led by Deputy Undersecretary of Defense Paul Brinkley supports U.S. national security interests in Iraq by helping revitalize the Iraqi economy and reducing Iraqi unemployment. The Enterra Solutions/One Network Trading Exchange and Business Process Network package provides a fast-track for opening future trade avenues for African and Middle Eastern companies with partners worldwide. Additionally, the exchange will rebuild economies by improving commercial transaction processing and supply chain logistic services.
