Stephen DeAngelis' creative and visionary drive of the Enterprise Resilience concept prompted Esquire magazine to select him for inclusion in their 2006 "Best and Brightest" issue. He continues to explore the complexities of today's global security environment as the Founding Executive Director of the Institute for Advanced Technologies in Global Resilience within the Oak Ridge Center for Advanced Studies (ORCAS).

Thomas Barnett is the Senior Managing Director for Enterra Solutions. From October 2001 to June 2003, he served as Assistant to Strategic Futures, Office of Force Transformation, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Dr. Barnett's approach to the paradigm of resilience began with his exploration of global connectivity. He saw the influences expanding connections in the world having worked on national security and geopolitical issues since the Cold War.

Enterra Solutions reflects the combined efforts of DeAngelis and Barnett to address change and provide resilience in today's complex global markets. The enterprises that learn from their insights will emerge as winners in future rounds of globalization, ready to overcome the challenges of a constantly changing and consolidating global environment.
