Senior Knowledge Management Consultant
Job Summary:
Enterra Solutions is looking for skilled Sr. Knowledge Management Consultants to join their team. In this role, you will assist the Enterra Professional Services team in developing and implementing the knowledge management methodologies, tools, technology interfaces, and delivery practices required to successfully support clients in their implement of Enterra's ERM solutions.
Furthermore, you will assist the Enterra CTO in the insertion of knowledge management methodologies and technology throughout the RTA architecture, to include the design of optimal rule capture templates and operational "lessons learned" interfaces.
Additional responsibilities include leading team training on knowledge management tools, techniques, implementation methodologies, etc. Ensure Enterra knowledge management teams apply "best practice" procedures and techniques in their service delivery. You will also provide direct knowledge management and business process innovation consulting services to Enterra clients implementing ERM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree (in mgmt or related field) and 10+ years of direct experience required. BS or BA in related field and 15+ years of direct experience can be substituted for a Masters degree
- Successfully led the delivery of knowledge management methods and tools (Communities of Practice, Knowledge Assets, Learning Processes, Learning Networks) to multiple clients
- Provided guidance and mentorship to others in knowledge management methodologies and tools
- Experienced in successful discovery, mapping, and improvement of business processes
- Cultivated customer relationships by networking and marketing new opportunities, Demonstrated exceptional management of client expectations and consistently delivered customer satisfaction
- Developed project plans and proposals, with responsibility to ensure project budget, schedules, and performance requirements were met
- Experienced in analyzing business process and knowledge flow effectiveness of large, complex organizations, and construct frameworks for enhanced knowledge management, using automated tools and organizational processes
- Excellent understanding of the knowledge management market, a detailed knowledge of the various methodologies and tools
- Holds thorough understanding of the interfaces that allow for automated and efficient knowledge capture and transfer
- Has taught knowledge management concept, methodologies, delivery, and tools
- The ability to work within a team environment as well as independently within a matrix organization
- Minimum of BA or BS job related degree
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Implementation experience in Lean Engineering and/or Six Sigma
- Experience with Oracle BPEL
- Knowledge of Ontologies and Semantic Linkages
- Experience with automated Rule Engines
- Masters Degree in Career Related Study
Additional Information:
- 50% travel, with some international
- Due to work performed in the Federal Sector, candidate must meet eligibility requirements for Security Clearance Purposes
