Denise joins Enterra as a seasoned staffing professional with over 18 years of experience in recruiting, both hands on and management expertise. Her experience is in recruiting Information Technology Professionals in a wide variety of disciplines on all levels, from entry level to executive hires. Additional industry experience includes E-Commerce, Telecommunications, Sales, and Healthcare.
Denise has played significant roles in both corporate recruiting and staffing agency environments. In corporate recruiting, she was an integral part of the human resource team tasked with meeting the hiring needs of key positions. While working in a staffing agency capacity, she recruited contractual and permanent-placement candidates for select clients nationwide.
Prior to joining Enterra Solutions, Denise held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Paragon Computer Professionals, a national IT Consulting firm. She was responsible for recruiting IT professionals in a wide variety of disciplines for Fortune 500 clients in the Southeast.
Other positions held include Staffing Manager for Industry Networks, a national business-to-business e-commerce company; Director of Staffing for MCI/Systemhouse, an international consulting/outsourcing IT company; Account Exec/Sr. Technical Recruiter for Abraxas International, a telecommunications consulting/placement firm; Technical Recruiter for Cap Gemini America and Computer Horizons Corporation, national IT consulting firms.
Denise holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree with a concentration in Business Administration from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York.
