Carol Crouse joined Enterra Solutions with over 20 years experience in information technology. As Vice President of Operations, Carol works with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that day-to-day company activities run smoothly and efficiently.
A seasoned IT executive with experience in strategic planning, organizational development, staff management, and vendor negotiations, Carol is ably positioned to help Enterra Solutions grow. Her skill set includes business process re-engineering, organizational change management, program management, and Enterprise Architecture development as well as experience in configuration, implementation and operations of ERP solutions including; PeopleSoft Financial and HRMS, Oracle Financials, and Epicor.
Prior to joining Enterra Solutions, Carol worked as an independent consultant providing Operations, Financial, and IT expertise to a variety of companies in the media, healthcare, financial services, utility, and government sectors. In addition, she work as the Vice President of Operations for Zona Financiera, Inc. (Arlington, VA), Senior Program Director for Time Inc. (New York, NY), Senior Director of Information Technology for Warner Music Group (New York, NY), and Senior Associate with Booz, Allen, Hamilton (New York, NY).
Carol received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
