Enterra Solutions, LLC, Adds Two to Enterprise Resilience Management™ Team

New Team Members Add Experience in Defense Industry To the Development of Enterra's Enterprise Resilience Management Solution™

YARDLEY, Pa. (September 27, 2006) - Enterra Solutions, LLC, announced today that two new members will join its Enterprise Resilience Management™ team. Randy Copperman and Shane Deichman both come from leadership positions and combined bring to Enterra more than three decades of experience in their respective fields. They will be based in Enterra's Washington Operations Center and will support both governmental and critical infrastructure industry clients.

"We are very pleased to have hired these individuals with their cutting edge skill sets to complement our already strong and rapidly growing team."

Copperman will join Enterra as Chief Information Officer, a role he filled in his previous position at Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC). Having worked within the Hughes/Raytheon family of companies for more than 25 years, Copperman has an intimate understanding of the information management needs of major defense and homeland security contractors in the 21st century. Specifically, he led an architecture consolidation and simplification initiative at RTSC that saved the company more than $4 million dollars. Overall, Copperman's managerial experience includes organizations with operating budgets in the tens of millions of dollars.

"He will be instrumental in bringing our Enterprise Resilience Management Solution™ to the governmental sector and will assist in rapidly scaling Enterra's governmental and managerial infrastructure. He is a crucial addition to our executive leadership structure."

Shane Deichman comes to Enterra from the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM), where he served as Experiment Operations Director. Deichman will serve as Managing Director for Enterra and will coordinate the company's day-to-day activities at Oak Ridge National Labs, focusing on the development of Enterra's Resilience Net Solution for weapons of mass destruction and natural disaster sense and response capabilities, and the new Institute for Advanced Technologies in Global Resilience (the "Institute") at the Oak Ridge Center for Advanced Studies (ORCAS), formed jointly by Enterra and ORCAS. Deichman will assist DeAngelis, who will serve as the Institute's Executive Director, in directing the Institute's efforts to bring together leading chemical, nuclear, biological, information technologists, political scientists and business people to establish a center of gravity for the new field of Enterprise Resilience Management™. Deichman's professional history also includes two Joint Unit Citations from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and inclusion on Inside Business magazine's 2005 list of the "Top 40 Under 40."
