Business Rules Analyst
Job Summary:
Enterra Solutions is looking for skilled Business Rules Analysts to join their Core Platform Development Team. The successful candidates will be directly involved in the development and enhancement of the company's software suite for Enterprise Resilience Management. This software suite is used by the company and its clients to transform Service Oriented Architectures (SOA's) into Resilient Technology Architectures (RTA's) through the unique application of business rules, process modeling, and automated code generation.
Qualifications:
- Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate should possess 3 to 5 years minimum experience in Rules based software development.
- Candidate should have proven ability to harvest and document Business Rules from regulations, policies, best practices and software code.
- Candidate should possess 3 to 5 years minimum experience with all phases of the IT Software Development Lifecycle.
- Candidate must have experience interacting professionally and collaboratively in customer environments.
- Candidate must possess a broad knowledge of Information Technologies and be comfortable interacting with Sr. IT personnel.
- Candidate must be a self-starter, highly-motivated and have the ability to function well as part of a team.
- Candidate must have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of BPM, ERP, CRM and ETL technologies.
- Knowledge of BPEL development and deployment on Oracle’s BPEL-PM.
- Knowledge of User interface development using Adobe Flex.
- Knowledge of Ontology development with Protégé – OWL.
- Knowledge of Software QA Testing methodology and software.
- Masters Degree in Career Related Study.
